| I have been using Arctic air auto repair since somewhere in the 1970s. The reason? Quality repair and superior knowledge. |

| A/C line & evaporator was fixed in less than 1.5 days whereas Firestone (existing customer) wanted car for 3 days and $500 more. Artic Air technicians work in a clean & clean air environment which is important for me. Waiting room is clean, Wifi, TV. Has locked bathroom for women unlike Firestone co-ed & dirty, disgusting bathroom. Artic Air has very attentive & friendly staff. Provides free shuttle service. My car will be serviced at Artic Air from now on. |

| I am very happy with the work done on my brakes. First they replaced the pads, etc. And there was improvement but as time went by it was clear something was wrong. Of course, it was the rotors! So more work had to be done. Well they did it while I waited and when I drove out of the shop, WOW! Such a smooth ride I had going home. I called them back from the road to thank Mr. Disney and his team at Arctic. They are very friendly and get to know their customers well. I found their shop about 6 years ago through AAA and I have been so glad to be their customer. Thank You Arctic Auto and Thank You AAA !! |
